Returns Policy

Ultimate Home Theatres want customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and our online shopping experience. For that reason we would like to recommend you to read our Return Policy prior to making a purchase, so you can have a better knowledge of our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (PDF Version).

We also recommend you immediately inspect any products delivered to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that products are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully before placing your order as returns are not accepted due to change of mind, wrong choice, because you found the goods cheaper elsewhere, or customers circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods. Always review your shopping cart before placing your final order.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If any product arrive damaged, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Ultimate Home Theatres will arrange to have the damaged product returned to our warehouse facility and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund your purchase. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition it was received and with all original packaging, accessories and manuals, if applicable.

Returns
You may return goods that have been damaged in transit or arrived defective by contacting our customer service department. For warranty claims, please refer to the product's manufacturer policy All goods must be returned within a reasonable time. This timeframe may vary from product to product. Your return/refund/warranty claim may be denied if the product defect has been caused by misuse or if you are unable to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds
Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days through the method of payment you used to make your online purchase.
